This weekend I had two Fairs. 'Made it' craft fair was in Wesley Chapel in Harrogate on Saturday. It was the first one of these that I had attended and I was really impressed. The selection of crafts was fantastic, ranging from beauty products and chocolates to furniture made from rubbish from skips and all the items were handmade. The day started off a bit dull but turned into a lovely sunny day. Everyone was really friendly and the whole event was well organised. The advertising for the fair was brilliant with plenty of signs and banners and the organisers walking round the town centre with a big poster on a stick!
On Sunday I was at the Reetsweet Mothers day fair at the Corn exchange in the centre of Leeds. As always the event was well organised and it was really busy and again all the crafts were handmade. Its a really nice building but still doesnt have may shops so it was nice to see so many people walking around the stalls and looking in the open shops.
