Today was the second Global market, this time at Harewood House. I was the national trusts free day so there was a lot of people. There weren't many stalls but there was a large range of activities and entertainment including a steel drum band! The wind was quite bad and a few stalls began to take off but the rain cleared up in the afternoon and the sun came out.

Today we had out felting taster day at The Stalls shop in Harrogate. We had an afternoon session with 8 people and an evening session with 3 people. Everyone had a good time and i think we may have even converted some into felt addicts. We made felt pictures and most people decided on flowers for their picyure as they are quite easy to do and a nice theme to start with. Everyone had a great time and Natasha kindly provided drinks and cakes. We are planning the next one for October but have to confirm dates.
This weekend i did the Global market at potternewton. It was a very quiet day as the Chapeltown festival was on just up the road. Luckily i got the stall for free so as i didnt end up selling much i only wasted half my day and not a stall fee as well.
